Patrizia Sieweck’s bond to Irish music began in her early childhood, when her family’s frequent visits to the Emerald Isle introduced her to traditional music. Born in Germany, her parents moved to West Cork when she was 14. It was in Vienna though that she became deeply involved in the international folk music scene, working as a musician. She is in demand as a perfomer in Berlin and Vienna
Dublin harpist Emer Toale began her musical career on tin whistle and piano, before finally moving on to the harp at age twelve. Throughout her studies Emer has always enjoyed performance and has played for many different occasions including weddings, corporate events and state functions. In 2012 Emer was invited by the global Irish music association, Comhaltas Ceoltόirί Éireann to tour Ireland alongside some of Ireland’s top traditional musicians. While performance is her first love, Emer is an experienced and committed harp teacher.
